DISTRIBUTION FOR BANDS & MUSIC EVENTS

Posterbill offers specialised distribution packages for local, national & international bands, festivals, tours and music events. We offer four basic distribution packages which represent the most common campaigns that we handle. There are many variations to the way we perform poster & flyer distribution for bands & music events and we frequently tailor campaigns to suit client needs. BASIC BAND XPRESS RUN (100 Posters/1000 Flyers)

Delivery & Booking Deadline: 5pm Friday prior to week distribution required.
Description: Weekly run (Mon/Tues) focusing on cafes, music shops, cd retailers, fashion outlets & band rehearsal spaces around the inner city suburbs of West End, City, Fortitude Valley, Paddington and New Farm. We recommend distributing 70 posters (three weeks out from gig date) and then replenishing with 30 posters (week of show).

BAND XPRESS RUN + INNER CITY UNIS (130 Posters/1500 Flyers)

Delivery & Booking Deadline: 5pm Friday prior to week distribution required.
Description: Band Xpress Run + addition of Inner City Uni Campuses including QUT Kelvin Grove, QUT Gardens Point, Southbank Tafe (main campus + Rock School), QLD College Of Art, Conservitorium Of Music, Shafston Uni and Kangaroo Pt Tafe. We recommend distributing to the uni areas 2 weeks in advance of the gig date.

BAND XPRESS RUN + ALL UNI CAMPUSES (250 Posters/1500 Flyers)

Delivery & Booking Deadline: 5pm Friday prior to week distribution required.
Description: Band Xpress Run + Inner City Unis + addition of University Of QLD, Griffith Uni (Nathan & Mt Gravatt campuses), Mornigside Tafe and QUT Carseldine. We recommend distributing to the uni areas 2 weeks in advance of the gig date.

BLOCKBUSTER BAND RUN (300+ Posters/3500+ Flyers)

Delivery & Booking Deadline: 5pm Friday prior to week distribution required.
Description: Band Xpress Run + All Uni Campuses + addition of key locations (cafes, music shops, fashion outlets) in North, South, East & West Suburb Zones. This run is recommended for Festival Events or local bands producing a CD Launch/Special Event.

* All campaigns based on a 2-3 week lead time in advance of your gig date. For longer lead times, more replenishment distribution is necessary to maintain your campaign and will require increased quantities.
