A: The arts runs predominantly comprise cafes but also include delis, bookshops, BCC Libraries, music shops, fashion outlets, shopping centres, community noticeboards and universities. Q: How do you distribute posters & brochures?
A: We have a stable & dedicated team of long-standing distribution staff who have built up friendly and professional goodwill relationships with all of our venues. All posters are placed legally inside outlets and we always take extra time to clean away out-of-date materials and ensure every location is up-to- date every week and attractive to the eye. We place posters on walls, windows and in changing rooms (fashion outlets) and place brochures in our Perspex Brochure Display Racks (approx 200 currently in network) as well as on counters, near magazines, newspapers and street press. Q: What other sorts of locations can you cover in Brisbane?
A: We can distribute to virtually any sort of location in any suburb of Brisbane you require. The most frequently utilised distribution networks (apart from the cafe/retail runs) are our databases of Arts Organisations & Galleries (47 Outlets), Indiginous Organsiations (44 Outlets), Backpacker Hostels (20 Outlets) and Inner City Hotels (51 Outlets). We have many other more specialised databases, if your event requires targetting a specialised set of locations, please let us know. Q: My event is aimed at a very specific market, are you able to the direct materials accordingly.
A: Yes. Our long experience (over 13 years) working with many different Brisbane demographics means we can target the best surburbs and locations to suit your event. The more information you can provide to us about your marketing elements, the more we can optimise your distribution campaign. Q: What sort of reporting can you provide me?
A: We offer three sorts of reports. Firstly, we can provide you with an itemised distribution list (in Excel format) of the run - in some cases this may incur a small administration or databasing fee if the run is complicated. Secondly, we can provide a Distribution Photo Report which comprises 20-30 labelled images of your poster in key loations - there is no additional cost for this and is especially usueful for clients outside of Brisbane. Finally, for long term or very complicated jobs, we keep a Distribution Tracker which logs all distribution dates, quantities, costs, postage & delivery information onto a spreadsheet which can be sent to you at any time to moniter material quantities and ongoing costs. The Tracker incurs no additional cost and is sent to you as a PDF on completion of the job. Q: I have a high profile event in Brisbane but I am unsure of what areas to target and what sort of quantities to print - can you offer consultation for this?
A: Yes, this is one of our fortes. We take into account your event, venue, length of season, attendance required, marketing elements, time of year and budget to create a highly effective campaign for your event. In most cases, this consulting process is part of the distribution package and incurs no charge, however for a very complicated job (especially where a strategy meeting or customised database is required), there may be an additonal fee. A: We do a specialised Music & Band Run every Monday & Tuesday which covers West End, City, Fortitude Valley, New Farm & Paddington. This run requires 70 posters. For more detailed information on distribution packages, please go to BAND & MUSIC RUNS. Q: When should I put my posters out?
A: We recommend a distribution formula of a Primary Run 3 Weeks Out (70 Posters) and then a Replenishment Run 1 Week Out (30 Posters). Q: Do my posters stay up?
A: Posters in inner city areas have quite a good survival rate inside of two weeks, this is why we recommend replenishment of your run on the third week, especially around West End and Fortitude Valley. Q: My band is doing a CD Launch, should we do a bigger poster run?
